With 20 years of real estate experience beginning in Sun Valley, Idaho to her past 15 years in the Gallatin Valley Cyd has lived the rapid changes in development, sales, and price escalation of real estate of all kinds. Hailing from the wheat country of Pendleton, Oregon but with deep experience in high-end sales over 15 years in Portland, Cyd covers the range from rural to urban. Known for her aesthetic eye and sense of space, Cyd understands a client's needs from the first-time home-buying young family to the active retiree. Clients appreciate that she listens to their desires and guides them along the journey as either a seller or buyer. Twenty years brings wisdom but the most important element in the end is a satisfied client.
Cyd's education and continuing training include a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from the University of Oregon (where she also ran track and was a cheerleader for the Ducks) along with numerous continuing education accreditations including, Graduate Realtors Institute, Pricing Strategy Advisor & Accredited Buyers Representative. Cyd and her husband moved to Bozeman in 2005 for the University community, small-town atmosphere, and very active outdoor lifestyle. She loves giving back to her community and currently volunteers weekly providing Meals on Wheels to those in need. She and her husband enjoy nothing more than following their Brittany, Fuego, coursing across big grass fields in search of upland birds under the big sky.
